Challenging Anxiety

As the speed of life picks up, complexities expand, and stressors increase we find ourselves navigating what some call the rise of the anxious generation. Anxiety will touch each of our lives. Anxiety isn’t a sin. Maybe think of it as a signal, like the check engine light on your car, clueing you in to address the causes. The Scriptures give us some truths to push back against anxiousness and an invitation to experience the peace that Jesus alone promises he can deliver.
