As the Apostle Paul continues his letter (2 Corinthians - chapter 10), he speaks up for the defense of his leadership. Paul is defending his authority but he’s really calling us (Jesus followers) to live under the authority of the gospel and letting God have ultimate sway in our lives. He's challenging us to not get caught up with all the other narratives out there from the Enemy, the culture or elsewhere that will seek to lead us away from God’s best. Paul is seeking to build up these believers to live out the truths of God and walk in obedience to Christ.
