God's Heart Revealed in the Old Testament

Jesus describes His heart as gentle and lowly. What about God, the Father? If Jesus claims to be God, shouldn’t their heart be the same? And yet many of us would read stories from the Old Testament that don’t seem to portray God as having a gentle and lowly heart. When we see how God describes Himself to Moses in Exodus 34, and we consider the Old Testament in its entirety, a clear answer emerges.
